We strive to provide high quality pieces and customer service is paramount.  We gladly accept custom orders, so if there is something specific you are looking for, please contact us.  Please keep in mind that each piece is unique as no two stones are ever alike, but if there’s a certain style you are looking for, we can usually accommodate you.

 

Shipping & Returns

Domestic Orders - Shipped within 1-4 days, to all 50 States, via USPS First Class Mail. Usually, takes between 2-5 days to arrive once shipped.

International Orders - Shipped within 1-4 days via USPS First Class International Mail. Usually, takes between 7-14 days to arrive once shipped, but can take up to 30 days, depending on customs.

Your order is of the utmost importance. If there is an unforeseen issue to arise, please email us so it can be handled swiftly and promptly.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee - Your item will be replaced if it arrives damaged. You can also receive a 100% refund if it is returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. The buyer will pay return shipping and handling fees. Your prompt refund will be issued once the item has been received.
