9 carat natural Colina Verde variscite, set by hand in sterling silver.
This beautiful stone has dramatic black matrix running through soft cream and green tones, and I designed the setting to follow its naturally organic character rather than trying to tame it into something too perfect.
The hand-fabricated sterling silver backplate has an irregular, free-form edge with layers of texture and delicate botanical stamping sweeping around the stone. A serrated bezel frames the variscite, while the textured reverse, handmade bail and hand-finished details make this truly one of a kind.
Finished with a silver chain and handmade clasp.
