Natural Turquoise & Copper Pendant

A substantial natural turquoise cabochon in soft blue-green takes center stage in this one-of-a-kind handcrafted copper pendant.
The stone is set in a decorative copper bezel on a hand-fabricated backplate, with a dimensional copper leaf sweeping alongside it. Hand-texturing and an antiqued patina bring warmth and depth to the copper while beautifully contrasting with the cool color of the turquoise.
The hand-stamped bail carries its own subtle texture, and the reverse reveals a hidden mountain landscape beneath the moon and stars—an unexpected little piece of Wyoming on the back—along with my maker’s mark.
Finished with a copper chain and handmade copper clasp.
